What this website collects, why, and the rather long list of things it does not.
The short version
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts of any kind. Nothing here tracks you, profiles you, or follows you to another site. The fonts are served from this domain rather than a font network, so even loading the page tells no one else that you visited.
The only personal information we hold is what you choose to type into the enquiry form, and the only thing we do with it is reply to you.
What the enquiry form collects
If you fill in the form on the contact page, it sends us: your name, your email address, your business name, your website address if you give one, what you want the site to do, your message, and the fact that you ticked the consent box.
We use it to answer you and to discuss the work. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or share it, and we do not use it for advertising.
What the form does to stop spam
Two things, neither of which costs you anything and neither of which is a third-party service. There is a hidden field that people never see and automated submitters tend to fill in, and there is a minimum time on the form, because a person cannot read and complete it in three seconds. There is no CAPTCHA, partly because they fail people using assistive technology.
Your theme preference
If you switch between the dark and light themes, that choice is saved in your own browser’s local storage under totuu-theme. It never leaves your device, it is not a cookie, it is not sent to us, and it holds nothing but the word dark or light. Clearing your browser data removes it.
What our host sees
This site runs on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data — including IP addresses — in order to serve pages and to absorb attacks. That happens at the infrastructure level, for every site on the network, and is not something we collect or analyse.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us or use the contact form and we will do it. Because the only thing we hold is an enquiry you sent us, this is usually a very short conversation.
Two things we have not finished
We would rather say this than fill the gap with something untrue:
- The legal entity. Totuu Labs operates this site. The registered company details and address that belong in a notice like this are not finalised, and will be published here when they are.
- Where enquiries are stored, and for how long. We are settling which system receives them. Until that is decided we cannot honestly name a processor or a retention period, so we are not naming one.
If either matters to you before you get in touch, ask us directly and you will get a straight answer.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. This version is dated 16 October 2026.
